The shuttle bus service operated every 15 minutes and was really good.

I booked a room with a limited water supply in the bathroom. I told the reception desk, and they said someone would come in 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, nobody showed up, so I asked again. They said someone would come but they did not. I came back after 90 minutes and had to change rooms.

The hotel location proved convenient for my early morning flight. I found the room quite clean. The availability of tea and coffee in the room was something i used often.

The check-in process felt rather slow. The staff member i encountered did not seem particularly helpful. I noticed the room was not to have been thoroughly cleaned. I also noticed some leftover room service items from previous guests.

My room was so quiet. I slept soundly. Parking was easy, and the staff were great. The Hoppa bus service made getting to the airport super easy, a definite plus for early morning flights.

I found the air conditioning unit in my room to be quite noisy. This made it a little difficult to sleep with it running overnight. It's a small detail, but worth noting for light sleepers like me.

The front desk staff provided quick and friendly service during check-in and check-out. The onsite restaurant featured a large selection. THE food was delicious, and service was great.

The website mentioned bathrobes for premium rooms. I discovered that they removed them two years ago. THERE was no apology, and staff offered only a downgrade to a standard room.

Robert and Michella. They were attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing too, with a great selection and delicious bacon. It was so easy to check in. The staff was friendly even late at night.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, but it didn't affect my stay much.

the air conditioning barely worked. I couldn't get comfortable as it was too hot. also, the shower pressure was weak, and that's something i really hate. it made it difficult to wash my hair properly that was just frustrating. i really needed a good shower after traveling, but it just didn't happen.
